Bring a nursery shrub (not larger than a two gallon shrub) and necessary tools (wire cutters, hand pruners or any bonsai tools you might have on hand and Todd will bring some to share) and follow step-by-step instructions on how to style a bonsai tree. People have marveled over the miniature trees introduced to the Western World via Japan and China. These trees are not beyond the scope of the average gardener. Learn firsthand how simple it is to grow these trees, with easy to follow instructions on how to raise a healthy tree. If you are new to Bonsai, you are encouraged to take the Beg.
