Customizing letters, envelopes and mailing labels is an effective and time-saving way to personalize mass mailings.  This workshop will teach you how to use Word’s mail merge feature with data from Excel and Access.  Bring a notebook and USB flash drive to save your work.  Intermediate Skills Level.
