Join Chef Maupin as he demonstrates a variety of soft rolls, focaccia, country loaf and laminated rolls (such as Danish). Learn baking techniques to improve your skills and fill your house with the wonderful smells of home-baked food. 

Do not park in student lot since they pay for parking.  Ok to park in the new east lot.  Classroom can be very warm.  You are welcome to bring a cushion (wooden stools in classroom) if you want.
