Pasta has always been one of the great pleasures of the table: it’s healthy and delicious; it can be light and delicate or rich and hearty. Chef Close-Hart invites you to share her love of this versatile staple while she demos pasta making and then prepares ravioli, fettucini, and lasagna. This class will be useful for both beginners and advanced cooks. Though it's often easier to buy pasta in a store, there is something special about making it from scratch at home. Do not park in student lot since they pay for parking (towing enforced); park in new east lot. Classroom can be very warm. Also, bring a cushion (wooden stools in classroom) if you want.
