| Fun & Festive Fondant Cakes |

Nothing says "elegant cake" like a rolled fondant icing. Students will explore the types of rolled fondant including (time permitting) a make-your-own variety. Students will also learn ways to use rolled fondant for elegant, whimsical, and personalized cake decorations. Dots, borders, and other design elements will be introduced. Supply list will be e-mailed prior to class. Limited to 8 students. Taught by Anita Gupta & Lisa Woolfork. |
